For the second consecutive year, Barilliance exhibited last week in Australia’s largest eCommerce, digital marketing and technology event dedicated to the retail industry. Peter Macaulay, Director, Kitchenware Direct, presented at the event on The Power of Personalization for Online Retailers, featuring how Kitchenware Direct, utilized the Barilliance eCommerce platform to increase sales and drive conversion rates.
During the second and third days of the show, Osric Powell, Sales Director Australia, hosted retailers at the Barilliance booth where various examples of eCommerce Personalization and best practices were being shown and discussed. He explained why Personalization is so important for online retailers.
